Metro Safety are pleased to announce the launch of a new Reactive Maintenance service which gives the property industry access to an emergency callout service for building fabric repairs and minor works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The service is provided by the Group’s building services division, Metro Building Maintenance, which delivers property maintenance, refurbishment and construction projects across the commercial property sector.

Metro Safety are also pleased to announce the launch of their new consultancy division Metro SRM LLP. This follows the acquisition last year of Strategic Risk Management, a leading health, safety and risk management consultancy.
The formation of Metro SRM LLP provides an opportunity for Metro Safety to broaden its range of consultancy services, particularly in the areas of health and safety, water and asbestos, helping clients achieve full compliance in key areas of responsibility.

Metro SRM LLP joins Metro Building Maintenance as part of the Metro Safety Group, one of the principal providers of fire, health and safety and building services to many of the UK’s leading managing agents and property owners.
